I have had my serviced office at The Park Business Center since 2006. As a state manager working remotely with my head office based in Sydney, it is a breath of fresh air to know that my every need is catered for.The services that is provided by the team here is amazing. I have found them to be very helpful, caring and an extremely productive. The expertise and support of the staff has been great to work through the various statutory requirements for business growth. The staffs professionalism and knowledge is definitely encouraging and indeed appreciated. The can-do approach of the team makes it possible for me to literally rely on them to service my clients.Having a base so close to the city is also ideal for myself and my clients. Client meeting are a breeze with meeting rooms, conference rooms, snacks and coffee making facilities on site. Kelly was my was rental agent for the last 2 years on a property I rented for 7 years in total. It was first time renting and my original agent definitely treated me like just a number. When Kelly took over she visited me at my property, introduced herself and really made me feel like I priority - it was so refreshing.Eventually I moved on to a different property and unfortunately a new agent. You hear stories about you never get all your bond back and agents always find someone wrong…Kelly gave me a detailed list of things to be done, how I could save money by doing it myself and gave me a list of contractors who could get the job done to a high standard.We exchanged our last email today and 10 minutes later I’ve got an email saying they’d be releasing my bond immediately.I honestly couldn’t be happier with Kelly or the customer service I received.I’m not normally the type to write reviews, but someone who takes this much pride in her work and care for her tenants deserved to be praised - its so rare these days. The service is excellent ... right down the street from the Cottesloe Beach Club and great long term accommodation. Walking distance from the beach and train as well. Will definitely continue to use Cott Waters in the future.

Recently had a team planning day in the The Park Business Centre. Was so impressed with the location, access, layout and general facilities. We ended up running over our booked time and the staff were so accommodating. Great venue, highly recommend it.

Loved the Mediterranean style and interior design of the apartments. The higher floors have amazing views onto the sea, especially during sunset. All apartments are completely equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Good value for money.

Centrally located, clean, inviting with free wi-fi . Quite tree lined side streetHighly recommended.

The Park Business Centre was the perfect place to host our meeting. The boardroom was superb, the catering was delicious and the service and communication was excellent. Would highly recommend!
